Dr Sue Hinder

Sue discovered Mindfulness as part of her work as a health researcher. She could see how it changed lives quite dramatically and she wanted to experience it for herself. She completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course at Breathworks in Manchester in 2012.

She completed the Mindfulness Teacher Training with Shamash Alidina (author of Mindfulness for Dummies) in 2014.

Sue’s aim is to bring the benefits of Mindfulness to as many people as possible.
